How it works

Most of what holds us back isn't a lack of insight or effort...
It's stored deeper than that.

The subconscious mind holds the emotional patterns, memories, and protective responses formed through our past experiences. These run automatically in the background, shaping how safe, capable, and confident we feel, even when we know logically that we are okay.

That's why understanding alone rarely creates lasting change. We can know something with our minds and still feel frozen in our bodies.

Hypnotherapy works at the level where those patterns actually live. In a relaxed, safe state, we gently explore what's beneath the surface: the beliefs, imprints, and responses that formed long ago and may no longer be serving you. From there, new ways of thinking, feeling, and responding can begin to take root gently and naturally, without forcing or willpower.

My approach is trauma-informed and entirely paced to your individual needs. Sessions are collaborative, gradual, and designed to feel safe.

What working together looks like

My work is offered online, allowing you to take part from the comfort and privacy of your own home, anywhere in the world. Many clients find this helps them feel more relaxed, grounded, and able to settle into the process — especially if you’re highly sensitive or easily overstimulated.

What happens in a session

During a session, I’ll guide you into a deeply relaxed, focused state, similar to being absorbed in a book or daydream. This state allows the nervous system to settle and makes it easier to notice thoughts, images, memories, or sensations that may not usually be at the forefront of awareness.

You may be invited to imagine certain scenarios, reflect inwardly, or notice what arises. This creates the conditions for subconscious material, associations, and insights to surface in a way that feels manageable and contained.

Throughout, you remain aware and in control, and we move at a pace that feels safe and supportive for you.

Session frequency

Sessions are ideally held weekly, or no more than two weeks apart. This helps maintain a sense of continuity and momentum, allowing the work to build naturally from one session to the next.

Investment

Packages start from £440, which includes an initial consultation followed by four hypnotherapy sessions. We’ll work together to explore what pace and frequency of sessions feel most supportive for you, and I’ll always be transparent about what I recommend, with space for your needs, capacity, and circumstances to be part of that decision.

Why I work in packages

I offer my work in structured packages rather than one-off sessions. This is because meaningful change at a subconscious level tends to happen through consistency and continuity, rather than isolated appointments. Working together over a number of sessions allows space for patterns to be explored gently, for insights to settle, and for new responses to be reinforced in a way that feels supportive rather than rushed

This structure allows us to build a shared understanding of your goals, create a sense of safety in the work, and support change in a way that feels grounded and sustainable.
